You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason during the cancellation period. The cancellation period is 7 days and begins on the day you receive your goods. For communicating, you should use details provided on our contact us page.

If you wish to cancel:

• You may optionally phone us to let us know in advance.
• You MUST inform us in writing via post or e-mail.
• We will issue you with a 'Returns Number' and an address to which the goods should be returned to.
• You need to return the goods to us at your own expense. In the event that you do not return the goods to us, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.
• Your money will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of your written cancellation.
• IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: If you have unsealed any of the sealed goods (CD computer software), the 7 days cancellation period DOES NOT apply.
